蕃茄蛋包飯Tomato Fried Egg Rice 檸檬酸甜豆Lemon Pepper Sugar Snap Peas

Oh, my boys are hungry. I got to make something fast that they will eat. All I have is some leftover rice, egg, and veggie. This is what I came out.  They love it. This is my easy way to make omelette wrapped rice. 
兒子們肚子餓了!要趕快做些他會吃的。冰箱只有蛋,菜,和剩飯。這道菜他們也愛吃呀!這是我簡易蛋包飯。
材料ingredients
4 Eggs 蛋
1T Water
4C Cooked rice 剩飯
4 Diced tomato 蕃茄丁
2T Chopped green onion 蔥花
2T Oil 油
2T Catchup 蕃茄醬

Directions 方法
1. Beat the eggs with some water. Pour half of the egg in the heated skilled swirl around as a omelette. 蛋加水打散。放熱鍋中煎成蛋皮。
2. Place the omelette in a big round ball. 將蛋皮放入湯碗。
3. Cook diced tomato in hot skillet until the juice come out. 將蕃茄放熱鍋中煮出汁。Add the other half if the egg into the hot tomato. Wait until the egg cooked, then stir. 將蛋汁到入熱蕃茄中,蛋成形後再攪拌。
4. Add cooked rice, green onion, catchup salt and pepper to taste and stir. 最後加上飯,蕃茄醬,蔥花,和䀋,黑胡椒拌勻。
5. Put the rice mixture into the bowel that lined with omelette. Flip over with a plate and garnish with some catchup. 把炒飯放在有蛋皮的碗中,倒扣在盤中。擠蕃茄醬裝飾就好了!
