Green onion bread 蔥花包

I love to get this bread in the Taiwanese bakery. Usually, it is the cheapest but tastiest item on the shelf. The salty and a little bit spicy green onion topping works well the traditional sweet bread.  Got to eat it when it's fresh from the oven. 我喜愛臺灣麵包店的蔥花包- 一般是最便宜又最好吃的。鹹味帶點辛辣的蔥面跟帶甜的麵包配合的剛剛好。要趁熱吃呀!
Ingredients 材料:
Dough 麵包
420 g All purpose flour 中筋麵粉340公克
60g Sugar 細砂糖60公克
1 Egg 蛋
4T Butter 奶油50公克
1T Salt 鹽1小匙
1T Yeast 乾酵母15公克
225 g Milk 牛奶225公克  
 
Topping 餡料:
150g Chopped green onion 青蔥159公克
4T Butter 奶油50公克
2T Flour 麵包粉18公克
1Egg 蛋1個
1t Black pepper 黑胡椒適量 、
1T Salt 鹽適量
1t Sugar 糖適量  
 
Direction 做法 
1.Put all dough ingrident except butter into bread machine. Use dough cycle to mix to dough. at the first rest, add in butter. 除了奶油,將所有麵糰用麵包機攪拌成糰。 等成糰後後再加入奶油。  
2. After raising, divid the dough into 12 and make round shap. Then, let the dough raise for 20 min. 將發酵號的麵糰分割成12分揉成圓形,進行30分鐘的最後發酵。  
3. Mix the topping ingredients with melted butter. 再將奶油熔化,所有餡料拌勻備用。 

4. Cut the center of the dough and add the topping on. 每個小麵糰表面劃開一刀,並置入適量餡料。  
5. Bake in 375 F oven for 10-12 minutes. 烤箱以火180℃ 烤10~12分鐘即可。
