Easy Beef/Pork Jerky 簡易牛/豬肉乾


Save $10 plus per pound, you can make it at home the way you wanted. 不用再花大錢去買,自己在家就可以做。

Ingrident 材料:
1.5 lb Thin sliced poor or beef ( You can ask for hot pot meat at the Asian markets) 肉薄片-火鍋肉片最好
1/4 C Soy Sauce 醬油 1/4 杯
1T Rice Wine 米酒1大匙
2 T Honey 蜂蜜 2大
1T Brown Sugar 糖 1大匙
2T grounded ginger 薑末 2大匙
3T chopped garlic 蒜末 3 大匙
Directions 步驟:
1. Add all seasoning and mix well. The taste should be sweeter and saltier than normal. 所有調味料放入杯子中混合均勻嚐一下味道,應該稍微甜鹹一點
2.Mix in with meat and marinad in the fridge overnight. 將調味料倒入肉片中混合均勻放入冰箱醃隔夜

3. Spread the meat and lay on a parchment paper. Make sure two slices are overlap. 
薄肉片仔細鋪在烤紙上,肉片與肉片中間必須有些許重疊
4. Put another parchment paper on top and genteelly roll it flat with rolling pin. 放上另一張烤紙,用滾麵棒滾平

5. Place in a 250F over for 1.5 hr until meat is dry. 放入250 F 的烤箱中低溫烘烤90分鐘至肉
   片完全乾燥即可

6. Transfer the jerky to grill or smoker to finish. Cut and serve. 烤好放烤肉爐或薰爐,薰好用剪刀剪成適合大小食用
